Mrs. Carol Lee Morgan

Carol Lee Morgan is a graduate of Our Lady of Cincinnati College and received her Masters from Xavier University.  She has been in Catholic education from August 1963 until the present and in Guidance since 1966.  For 19 years she was a comprehensive guidance counselor at Our Lady of Angels High School, providing personal, college, career and academic counseling for grades 9-12.  Her duties included being head of the guidance department, testing coordination, PTA coordination and admissions of freshmen.

    In 1984 Our Lady of Angels closed, and Father Joe Brennan, S.J. and Principal Mike Trainor invited Carol Lee to join the Counseling Department at St. Xavier.  Her responsibilities were personal and academic counseling for grades 9-12.  Several years later Carol Lee was asked to be Chair of the Counseling Department.  The next year she was asked to reorganize the department into a comprehensive Guidance Department where all the counselors would be responsible for college, career, personal and academic counseling.

    Carol Lee has served on the Archdiocese Catholic Counseling Board for eight years where she held many offices including president.  She also was a member of the executive board of Greater Cincinnati Counseling Association for 10 years where she served as president and other offices.  For the 1990  American Counseling Association's five-day national convention in Cincinnati she headed the entertainment committee.  She has also presented many workshops at the state Ohio Counseling Association Conference in Columbus and at the local counseling association's seminars.  For these participations she was awarded state and local awards.

    Carol Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She is currently a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Ohio Counseling Association (OCA), Greater Cincinnati Counseling Association (GCCA), and Jesuit High School College Counselor Association (JHSCCA).
